The decision is believed to be part of director SS Rajamouli’s carefully planned promotional strategy. Known for revealing only limited content during production, Rajamouli often avoids releasing key visuals too early and prefers to begin large scale promotions closer to a film’s theatrical release.

While fans had been expecting a powerful video showcasing Mahesh Babu’s character, reports suggest the makers are considering an exclusive poster featuring the actor’s latest look from the film. Although no official announcement has been made, the speculation has generated considerable buzz across social media.

Production on Varanasi, an ambitious adventure drama, is progressing at a steady pace. According to industry reports, nearly 80 percent of the filming has already been completed. The remaining schedule will focus on completing principal photography before the team shifts its attention to visual effects and extensive post production work.
